yes, just because your pregnant doesnt mean you hav to stop what you normally do

You should be okay to cut the grass, as long as you don’t let yourself get dehydrated or overexert yourself.  If you begin to feel tired or thirsty, stop and take a break.  Just make sure that you aren’t fertilizing the grass or anything else that uses chemicals that may be dangerous.

The rule I have followed with all three of my prenancies is if it is something your body is already used to doing it is fine. For instance, you don’t want to take up a new activity especially a strenuous one after becoming pregnant. The things your body was already doing before the pregnancy are ok to continue for the most part. Now this is within reason of course. I am not saying if you are a bull rider you can or should continue that activity. lol.

    You go, Mama!!
I have been a landscaper with MY husband for 2 years :) We install and maintain gardens, and lay hardscapes which means that almost nothing weighs under 60lbs.
I worked this summer until i was 38 weeks and 4 days. Then the heat got to me :( My midwife explained to me that because my body was used to this kind of intense labor, i had nothing to worry about, and it would keep my body strong durring pregnancy and labor.
She was so right. I felt great, even creating blue-stone patios in 85 degree weather!
If you feel comfortable, keep cutting the grass!! It will do you a world of good to be outdoors, and all those good feelings go right to the babe.
Stay away from any yucky chemicals, though. Even something as simple as miracle-gro is a big no-no whilst knocked up :)
